STEP 1: Read Our Clubhouse Reservation Rules

The Lawndale Club Clubhouse Reservation Rules:

1. General Reservation:
   • Members can reserve the clubhouse for activities in 1-hour increments for
     a discounted member rate during peak seasons.
   • The clubhouse remains open to the public during reservations, and regular
     guest fees apply.
   • Members are responsible for supervising their guests.
   • Please contact Info@thelawndaleclub.org to reserve for a general reservation.
     
2. Private Function Reservation:
   • To reserve the clubhouse for private functions (e.g., parties), a fee of
     $100 an hour for a 2-hour increment applies for members.
   • Non-members are subject to a fee of $200 an hour for a 2-hour increment for
     private function reservations.
   • A refundable security deposit of $100 an hour is required for all private function
     reservations. See rental agreement for full details.
   • Private functions are exclusive, and the clubhouse will not be open to the
     public during this time.
   • Members are responsible for supervising their guests during private
     functions.
   • Note: The fee structure mentioned is subject to change and may vary
     based on club policies.
     
3. Attire and Pool Usage:
   • No wet bathing suits are allowed when entering the clubhouse.
   • Members and guests should change into dry clothing before using the
     clubhouse.
     
4. No Smoking Policy:
   • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the clubhouse and on the outside
     patio area.
     
5. Cleanliness Responsibilities:
   • Users of the clubhouse, including members and their guests, must clean
     up after themselves.
   • This includes cleaning common areas, bathrooms, and the outside patio
     area.
   • Cleaning supplies will be provided for your convenience.
   • When leaving the clubhouse — turn off all lights, heat/AC and lock the
     door behind you.
     
6. Guest Fees:
   • All guests must pay the applicable guest fee unless a club-sanctioned
     event specifies otherwise.
   • Members are responsible for ensuring their guests adhere to club rules
     and policies.
     
7. Booking and Payments:
   • Members and Non-members can reserve the Clubhouse for private
     events, please reach out to info@TheLawndaleClub.com for availability
     and more information.
     
8. Club-Sanctioned Events:
   • Club-sanctioned events may have specific rules and fee structures. Please refer to event details for information.

By adhering to these rules, members and guests can ensure a pleasant and enjoyable
experience at The Lawndale Club. Failure to adhere to the rules above and/or abusing
the use of the clubhouse could result in loss of membership.
